Manage the sourcing,interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT positions of IT clients.
*Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, specifications, general information,tracking and applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.
*Develop and maintain an efficient electronic sourcing mechanism for all recruitment positions.
*Maintain and exceed the defined recruiting SLAs
*Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT skills
*Should have experience in handling and closing all technologies, this position will be more of an individual contributor role with minimal supervision
*Candidate should have good communication skills
*Min. of 2 year experience in IT recruitment
